Walter David  Miller

 Born October 7, 1922 in Alliance, Ohio and died on August 22, 1982. He attended Uniontown School and graduated from Sebring High School.  After school he worked at Taylorcraft Aircraft Company and acquired his private pilot's license and rebuilt airplanes for later resale.

During WWII he was tank commander (Sgt.) and was in Europe with Patton's Third Army where he was awarded the purple heart. After the war he obtained an A&E (Aircraft and Engine) license and worked for Armour Company and was Plant Superintendent until the time of his death. In 1949 he married Beverly Greenlees and purchased the family farm where he set up housekeeping.
