Diffuse splenic involvement: The non-Hodgkins lymphoma patient shown below was being imaged for response to chemotherapy. The exam  demonstrated multiple sites of residual disease including diffuse involvement of the spleen, focal liver involvement, and persistent sites of adenopathy in the chest and abdomen. Prominent bone marrow activity is also noted. Although this finding may reflect marrow disease, increased bone marrow activity can also be seen with bone marrow recovery following chemotherapy
