As far as Doctor Miller has been able to determine, he has the only modern facility available in the entire state of Florida (and possibly  the entire East Coast of the United States with the exception of Harvard.) His sense of honesty overwhelms his natural modesty and forces the conclusion that he (and possibly his protégé, Dr. Franzese) is probably the only physician competent to treat cancer patients (and he also works as a good short order cook.)
